Friday: -Class discussion on World Population Density Map (using Visual 2D). -Discuss current World Population using the "World Population Clock" -Read & Discuss 2.6 in text book. Complete & go over corresponding assignment 2.6 in ISN.
WEEK 11: November 13 - 17 Monday: -Class discussions on World Economic Map (using Visual 2E). -Read & Discuss 2.7. Complete the corresponding assignment 2.7 in ISN. -Introduce and begin the Economic Act it Out activity (Student Handout 2C).

WEEK 14: December 4 - December 8 Monday: -Students will have 5 minutes to prepare with their groups. -Present Natural Disaster Slideshows. Audience will complete the Natural Hazards/Disaster Audience Notes.
Tuesday: -Finish remaining presentations. Turn in Audience Notes. -Introduce and begin the U.S. and Canada Mapping Lab by reading pages 42-43. -Complete Challenge 1 - Physical Geography (using page 558 in your text book).
Tuesday: -Finish Challenge 4. -Complete page 1 of U.S. and Canada Mapping Lab Challenge 5, write which location you think and why on the back.

WEEK 17: January 8 - January 12 Monday: -Welcome Back Spill Your Brain Activity (year in review)! -SS School Year Review Day (Individual, small group share, whole group share) -Divide into 8 groups, each group discusses and shares with the class their trait. Tuesday: -Watch and discuss the World Religions Distribution video clip. -Complete the 5 Major World Religions Graphic Organizer using the provided notes.
